What is one question you should ask about your reader when planning a document and how might you use the answer to that question in your document design?

Will they want to jump to a particular topic and ignore the remainder? Will they choose to read quickly now and come back later to retrieve specific pieces of information?
How familiar are your readers with the subject of the document? How much support will they need in understanding and navigating the information you provide?
How important is the subject of your document for your readers? Will they be genuinely interested and motivated to read or indifferent and inattentive?
